Fox & Dahlia Homes is a South Sound custom home builder specializing in thoughtfully planned custom homes, whole-home renovations and additions, and land and lot development.

We believe an exceptional home should be matched by an exceptional building experience. That means preparing thoroughly, communicating clearly, setting realistic expectations, and helping clients understand the decisions that affect their home, budget and timeline.

How We Build:

Our approach is highly involved and intentionally hands-on. From early planning and preconstruction through the final stages of the build, our team stays closely connected to the work in the field. We coordinate with architects, designers and skilled trades to make sure the details established during planning are carried through construction.

We believe transparency matters. Clients should understand what is happening, what comes next and why decisions are being made—not be left trying to decipher the construction process on their own.

Fox & Dahlia Homes brings decades of residential construction experience to projects throughout Gig Harbor, Tacoma, the South Sound and select mountain communities in Washington.

Led by Joshua Renich, our team combines extensive building experience with disciplined project management, strong trade relationships and a commitment to follow-through. The result is a home built with attention to how it looks, how it performs and how it will be lived in for years to come.
